ILS offers all of the health, medical and social services needed to help you maintain your independence, dignity and quality of life. Our team of health care professionals works with seniors and their families to assure that they receive the medical care and support services they need.
ILS PACE Center
The ILS PACE Center provides adult day care and offers nursing; physical, occupational, and recreational therapies; meals; nutritional counseling; social work; personal care; and a chaplain. ILS PACE Center attendance is determined based on individual needs. Learn more...
Medical Care Services
ILS delivers all needed medical and supportive services, providing the continuum of care and services to seniors with chronic care needs. Home Health & Personal Care Services
ILS provides a comprehensive home care plan, based on individual need, which may include skilled nursing services, personal care, homemaker/chore services, social services, therapies and home-delivered meals. Learn more...
Transportation Services
ILS has a transportation department that provides all medically-necessary transportation to the ILS PACE Center. In addition, our participants receive transportation to all medical appointments in the community. Learn more...
