Rehabilitation
Our 28-bed specialized rehabilitation unit provides daily intensive therapy focusing on the resident’s return home. Our interdisciplinary team is tailored to the individual needs of the resident and includes professionals from a number of disciplines including; medicine, rehabilitation nursing, physiatrics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychiatry, social work, pastoral care, clinical nutrition and therapeutic recreation, and a home care coordinator.
Free telephone service is provided to all patients on our 28-bed rehabilitation unit.
We are dedicated to providing a full range of coordinated services.
Discharge planning is a resident, family, and team process incorporating input from and referrals to appropriate home care agencies and continuing care networks.
