Volunteer Orientation & Training

 

Volunteer Orientation consists of two parts:

  1. A Self Study portion completed on your own by accessing the self-study document below.
  2. A 90-minute, in-classroom orientation and training session at Rochester General Hospital.

 

Self Study Course

During the course of the self study, open, print, complete, sign and date the following required documents that will go into your official volunteer file:

  1. Self-Study Topic Checklist
  2. Orientation Post-Test
  3. Infection Prevention
  4. Confidentiality Statement

Please also read and review the Dress Code Policy as part of the Self-Study process.

 

In-Classroom Orientation & Training

To schedule your in-classroom orientation and training, register by calling 585-922-LINK (5465) and asking for the upcoming dates and times for "Volunteer Orientation."
