Dr. David Siegel earned his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed his internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Rochester. Board certified in pediatrics, internal medicine, pediatric rheumatology and adolescent medicine, Dr. Siegel finds it both inspiring and fun to work in a pediatrics department that teaches and trains medical students and residents to be future doctors.

Cynthia Christy, MD

Dr. Cynthia Christy earned her medical degree at the University of Vermont, completed her residency and chief residency at University of Kentucky’s Albert Chandler Medical Center, and spent an additional fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Christy is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases.

James R. Campbell, MD, MPH

Dr. James Campbell earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio, completed his internship and residency at Case Western University, and spent additional fellowship training at Strong Memorial Hospital. Board certified in pediatrics, he specializes in lead toxicity and other environmental exposures.

Larry Denk, MD

Dr. Larry Denk is medical director of Rochester General Pediatric Associates. He received his medical degree from Howard University and completed a pediatric residency at the University of Rochester, where he is an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Denk has special interests in child safety and prevention, infectious diseases, and adolescent medicine.

As Dr. Lynn Garfunkel was choosing a career path, the same question was always present: “How will I get to work with children?” Once she decided to pursue medicine, her choice of specialties was obvious. Board certified in pediatrics, she earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, completed her internship, residency and chief residency at the University of Cincinnati, Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and completed an additional fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at the University of Rochester, where she is an associate professor.

Dr. Paul Lehoullier feels honored to have the opportunity to watch his patients grow, and to know there's a possibility that through his practice, he can have an impact on their health that will last a lifetime.
Board certified in pediatrics, and with previous experience working in emergency medicine, Dr. Lehoullier now focuses on primary care. He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Carolyn Jacobs was drawn to pediatrics after growing up in a supportive family and recognizing the importance of steady encouragement through adolescence. She earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center, completed her internship and residency at Albany Medical Center, and did additional fellowship training at Strong Memorial Hospital. Her specialties include adolescent medicine.
Daniel Yawman, MD

As a child, Dr. Daniel Yawman’s pediatrician was a big influence in his life – and ultimately became the reason he chose pediatrics as a career. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Yawman earned his medical degree at State University of New York at Buffalo, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Rochester.
