Rochester General Hospital's Client Service is staffed by full-time, experienced, professional, and knowledgeable Medical Technologists. Client Service representatives are available to promptly handle your questions and concerns regarding:
- Location of the closest Laboratory Collection Station to you
- Provide you with turnaround time for a specific test
Client service representatives are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 8:30 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am - 12 Noon. We may be reached by calling (585) 922-4451.
