Humor Library

Humorous Books are available to patients and their families through the Patient / Staff Library and the volunteer rolling library cart. You can make your selection from the traveling book cart, circulated twice a week by volunteers, or by calling the Library at (585) 922-4457.

The Library is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Before you leave the Rochester General Hospital, please return any books to:

  • The book box on your floor
  • Outside the Library on the first floor
  • In the ramp garage

 Also, books and magazines may be purchased in the Twig Gift Shop.

The Werner Medical Library has a selection of therapeutic humor literature and reference books for the healthcare professionals. Continuing education units are available by viewing therapeutic humor videotapes.  Call (585) 922-4743 for library hours.
