Geriatrics

The Geriatrics Unit aims to serve a subset of frail seniors who are in need of specialized multidisciplinary care. The unit provides care predominantly to outpatients and long-term care patients who are part of the Hill Haven  long term care facility.    

Independent Living for Seniors provides an alternative to institutional care for frail elderly, nursing home eligible patients.

Inpatient and Outpatient consultation is also available on a limited basis.
