Dr. Keith Grams received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Grams is American Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has most recently been the Adult Medical Director and Senior Clinical Instructor for the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital.
As Rochester General Health System's Chief of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Grams plays a critical role providing clinical and administrative leadership to the Rochester General Hospital adult and pediatric Emergency Department physicians and staff to drive high quality patient care and service excellence at Rochester General Hospital.
Dr. Grams works in collaboration with Dr. Rob Biernbaum, Chief of Emergency Medicine at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, and the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital Emergency Department team to foster and drive clinical integration, to ensure one high standard of emergency care and service throughout our health system.
