Refugee Healthcare Conference: Challenges and Solutions
(11/5/09)
Refugee healthcare is a complicated undertaking for all of those involved – providers, ancillary personnel, community agencies and public health systems. It is, however, a necessary and critically important response that changes the lives of thousands of people who have experienced forced migration as a result of humanitarian emergencies.
Rochester General Hospital is hosting a conference that will include plenary and workshop discussions that are relevant to all stakeholders in the care of refugees.
We invite you to join us for a day of education, discussion, and discovery as we focus on healthcare and refugees in Rochester.
Date: Friday, December 11, 2009
Time: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Location: Rochester General Hospital TWIG Auditorium
