Rochester General Hospital Helps Improve Patient/Visitor Experience

Rochester General Hospital has installed 6 new Public Assistance Phones on its Portland Avenue Campus. It is the latest step designed to improve our patient/visitor experience.
The telephones are answered 24/7. Hospital staff will help with directions, security issues and other matters of concern.
The new telephones, which are clearly marked, have been placed at the busiest locations on campus:
- Polisseni Pavilion Information Desk
- Parnall Office Building adjacent to the Hospital
- Old Main Lobby Information Desk
- Patient Discharge
- Surgical Waiting Area
- General Medical Office Building, near the Carter Street Parking Garage
