Diabetes Prevention Classes

Endocrinology/Diabetes Care and Resource Center, an affiliate of Rochester General Hospital, is now offering low cost Preventative Diabetes classes at its new, state-of-the-art facility at Alexander Park. This new approach to preventive healthcare, unique in Rochester, uses Registered Nurses/Dieticians who are Certified Diabetes Educators to teach patients simple yet effective methods to stop Diabetes before it happens.

Classes take place in two, two hour sessions focusing on Nutrition and Prevention. Rochester General Health System is making the classes affordable since most insurance companies do not pay for preventative care. The cost is only $20 per class.
