Koczent Appointed Director of Finance

Trisha Koczent was recently appointed Director of Finance and Corporate Compliance Officer for ViaHealth of Wayne - Newark-Wayne Community Hospital and DeMay Living Center. In this dual role, she is responsible for reimbursement, financial analysis, accounting, payroll, budgeting and for ensuring that ViaHealth of Wayne operates within all requirements of regulatory agencies.
Koczent brings 13 years of progressive healthcare financial management to the position. Prior to this appointment, she was Controller of Clifton Springs Hospital and has also been a reimbursement specialist and a senior auditor at Excellus in Rochester.
Koczent has a B.S. in Accounting from St. John Fisher and recently served as President of the Rochester Regional Healthcare Financial Management Association, where she is a Fellow certified in Accounting and Finance.
