Dr. Carlos Jimenez-Rueda Opens Pan-American Clinic
Dr. Carlos Jimenez-Rueda has reopened the Pan-American Clinic, a transcultural approach to medicine that serves all ethnic backgrounds, but which offers bilingual services to the Hispanic community. Dr. Jimenez-Ruedaís office is located at 1360 Portland Avenue, across from Rochester General Hospital. Prior to his affiliation with Rochester General, Dr. Jimenez Rueda was associated with the Lifetime Health organization.With a fully bilingual staff and more than 35 years of practice experience in Internal Medicine, Dr. Jimenez-Rueda is able to care for and communicate with English and Spanish speaking patients and families.
A resident of Webster, Dr. Jimenez-Rueda has also worked in private practice, with specialties in internal medicine, occupational medicine and gastrointestinal endoscopy. He earned his medical degree from the National University of Asuncion, in Paraguay and completed his internship at St. Lukeís Hospital, in Newburgh, NY. He subsequently completed his residency requirements at E.J. Meyer Memorial and Deaconess hospitals in Buffalo, as well as Rochester General Hospital. He is a Fellow in the Inter American College of Physicians and Surgeons.
