RGH School of Medical Technology 2011 Catalog

The School of Medical Technology (MT) at Rochester General Hospital was founded in 1934 and is the second oldest MT program in the United States. We consistently provide our students with an outstanding clinical internship year. We offer:

  • Several million tests per year
  • State-of-the-art instrumentation and facilities
  • An outstanding faculty of technical specialists and MD/PhD’s
  • Opportunities to see and work with both normal and abnormal patient specimens
