Compensation & Benefits
Salaries are paid on a bi-weekly basis. The salaries for respective years are as follows:
- PGY-1: $49,356
- PGY-2: $50,319
- PGY-3: $51,301
The following is a list of benefits granted to all residents at no charge.

| Plan for Short-term Disability | Full salary is continued during off-the-job disability up to 26 weeks |
| Long-term Disability | Option to purchase 50-67% of pay coverage |
| Retirement Program | Option to enroll in tax deferred annuity plan. |
| Dental Plan | Option to purchase one of two plans available |
