Through personal visits to your office to meet with you and your staff, we advocate for our hospitals and Medical and Dental Staff with a spirit of true partnership and collaboration. By sharing the latest news and information about our services and programs, we work in tandem with you towards our common goal of providing paramount treatment
for your patients.
We ensure that hospital management hears you by bringing back your thoughts and ideas. We then help create solutions and communicate back to you regarding our progress and status. In addition to providing outreach we also:
- Work with physicians and their staff to conduct community educational programs
- Conduct physician surveys gauging referrer satisfaction
- Sponsor annual conferences and events for the Community, physicians and medical support staff
- Host the annual Doctor Day breakfast, Spring and Fall Physician Socials, receptions to recognize and provide fellowship for primary care physicians and specialists
Referrals
We are dedicated to making continuous process improvements by documenting the expectations and comments of referring physicians and disseminating the information to appropriate RGH/NWCH Medical and Dental staff. Our primary focus is on improving patient access for referrals by communicating with primary care physicians and specialists to determine who has available appointments for referrals. A 24-hour Call Center is also available to help with referrals.
