The Chief Nursing Officers are responsible for leading and managing Patient Care Services at Rochester General Hospital and Newark-Wayne Community Hospital which includes:

  • Inpatient and Ambulatory Nursing Services
  • Respiratory Care
  • Pharmacy
  • Pastoral Care
  • Medical Management (Social Work and Care Management)

As members of the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Nursing Officers are responsible for strategic planning, effective resource utilization, program implementation, professional practice model, promotion of evidence-based practice research, continuous quality improvement, financial management, community leadership, professional development, and effective system oversight.
