Support Process

 


MData is an application to assist care givers in the rounding of their patients, and is not a replacement for CCS.  Because the absence of MData does not negatively impact patient care, it is not considered a critical application, and may get limited support outside normal business hours.

Some guidelines to use for support are as follows:

RGHS Help Desk at 922.HELP (4357).  We will be able to assist with the following:

  • PIN resets
  • Synchronization troubleshooting
  • Census configuration (gather information and pass on for creation)
  • System Status

  • System Status

Device Support (hardware):
PDA’s that are not purchased through RGHS are to be serviced by you directly through the vendor you purchased your device from.

Accessing Care Connect on Handheld Devices

To access Care Connect using your handheld device, you will need to install and use one of the following applications: Canto or Haiku.
