Client Services/Customer Service

RGH Laboratory & Pathology Client Service is staffed by full-time, experienced, professional, and knowledgeable Medical Technologists. Client service representatives are available to promptly handle your questions and concerns regarding:

  • Location of the closest laboratory collection station to you
  • Answers to your questions or connect you with the appropriate staff member
  • Provide you with turnaround time for a specific test
  • Connect you with the professional staff for consultative services
  • Tell you how to collect and prepare a specimen
  • Arrange to get test results to your office via faxing, courier or mail delivery

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 10:30 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
