Rochester General Health System (RGHS) is proud to participate in the Commissioner of Health's statewide mission to improve the health of all New Yorkers. Working together with our community partners, including local health departments and other Monroe County hospitals, we're focused on disease prevention, promoting access to quality health care services and improving the overall quality of life for our community.
The Monroe County Joint Community Service Plan (CSP) is a collaborative 3-year plan that outlines the strategies that will address the selected health priorities for our community and list the overall goals of this collaborative process. An annual report is released to provide an update on the progress toward the overall goals.
