Rochester General Health System is comprised of eight clinically integrated affiliates delivering comprehensive healthcare services with superior quality, safety and patient satisfaction:
- Rochester General Hospital (RGH), a 528-bed tertiary care facility and the flagship of the system
- Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, a 120-bed facility primarily serving patients in Wayne County
- Hill Haven Assisted Living and Nursing Rehabilitation Center, a short- and long-term critical care and rehabilitation facility located in Rochester NY
- DeMay Living Center, a home-like facility providing short- and long-term care located in Newark, NY
- Rochester General Medical Group, consisting of more than 40 practices throughout Monroe and Wayne counties specializing in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, women's health and other medical specialties
- Behavioral Health Network, consisting of nine locations to provide treatment for mental and behavioral conditions
- Independent Living for Seniors (ILS), a program enabling area older adults to live safely in their own homes while receiving comprehensive medical and support services
- RGHS Ambulatory Services Division, a comprehensive network of efficient, superior quality outpatient care facilities

Rochester General Hospital ranks first in New York State (NYS) for Major Cardiac Surgery (third in the nation) and Cardiac Care, third in NYS for Overall Surgical Care and third in NYS for Overall Medical Care according to the 2012 report from CareChex®, a division of The Delta Group. RGH's Rochester Heart Institute has been recognized nine times as a 100 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals nationally and is ranked by CareChex® as the state's number one Overall Cardiac Care Program.
