A member of Rochester General Health System (RGHS), Rochester General Hospital Research Institute (RGHRI) is a non-profit organization established as the research component of Rochester General Hospital (RGH).
RGHRI's vision is to significantly advance translational and clinical research - capitalizing on the clinical strengths of RGH - to result in improved patient care.
RGHRI strives to improve the prevention and treatment of disease in four focus areas:
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Cancer, Cancer Vaccines and Blood Disorders
- Infectious Disease and Immunology
- Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Imaging Science and Computing and Information Science
