Understanding your insurance coverage.

We understand that dealing with health insurance during a hospital stay can be a stressful process, and our top priority is to ensure that you and your family receive the best possible care and are well informed about all aspects of your treatment, including your insurance coverage.

Before your procedure is scheduled, you will want to review your insurance plan to understand your coverage. Most insurance plans include some level of coverage for laser procedures; however, you may need to pay some of the expenses, including a copayment at the time of your visit. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, please contact your health care provider prior to your surgery to discuss the details of your plan.

Billing
Following surgery, you can pay your bill online or through the Cashier’s Office located on the First Floor of Rochester General Hospital.
