Diagnosis & Treatment - Head and Neck Cancers
If you’ve been referred to us for a head or neck cancer, we’ll begin your diagnosis with a physical exam. Based on your symptoms, the type of cancer suspected and the results of your physical, your ENT physician may use additional screening tests to make an accurate diagnosis.

Following your diagnosis, we will work with you to create a treatment plan that best suits your specific needs. Your treatment will depend on the type of cancer, the stage/progression of the cancer, the grade of the tumor, and your age and overall health. The most common treatment options for cancers of the head and neck are surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. We may also recommend a combination of these treatments for the best results.
