Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
All ILS participants receive annual evaluations by physical and occupational therapists. Those with ongoing needs may receive therapy as determined by their individual plan of care. This may include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy using a variety of treatments, equipment and frequency.
Our experienced therapy staff provides effective and compassionate care that allows ILS participants to achieve maximum independence with functional activities. Therapists also work with the ILS PACE Center staff and Home Care Aides to carry out needed exercise in the most practical ways using an interdisciplinary approach.
Ongoing therapy helps ILS participants with activities of daily living so they remain independent for as long as possible and have improved quality of life.
