ILS PACE Center
The ILS PACE Center provides adult day care and offers nursing; physical, occupational, and recreational therapies; meals; nutritional counseling; social work; personal care; and a chaplain. ILS PACE Center attendance is determined based on individual needs. Learn more...

ILS delivers all needed medical and supportive services, providing the continuum of care and services to seniors with chronic care needs. Transportation Services
