To schedule an appointment, please call (585) 922-2575. We accept all insurance plans. Fees are on a sliding scale based on financial need.

A pediatric triage nurse is on call 24 hours a day to ensure you get the advice and care you need. To speak to the nurse, call (585) 922-2575.

After Hours

If your child needs after hours care or you need advice on a problem that cannot wait until the next day, please call our answering service at (585) 922-2575.

Emergency care is available at the Rochester General Hospital Emergency Department. Call (585) 922-4000.

About Rochester General Pediatrics Associates

At Rochester General Pediatrics, we provide comprehensive, compassionate care for children and adolescents - from newborns to young adults (age 19). Our team of highly skilled pediatricians have specialties in adolescence, breast feeding, infectious diseases, rheumatology and social work.

We also offer same-day sick appointments, transportation service assistance and help with obtaining insurance coverage so that your child receives the appropriate care when needed.

We offer a full range of medical and health care services for children and young adults, including:

  • Well visits at 1 and 2 weeks, and 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24 and 30 months

 Our Pediatricians

 Dr. James Campbell
James R. Campbell, MD, MPH

Dr. James R. Campbell earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio, completed his internship and residency at Case Western University, and spent additional fellowship training at Strong Memorial Hospital. Board certified in pediatrics, he specializes in lead toxicity and other environmental exposures.

Olivia Chiang, PsyD

"I have always loved teaching and playing with kids, so it was only natural that I chose pediatrics because I am able to teach and play every day."

Dr. Olivia Chiang earned her doctorate at Nova Southeastern University's Center for Psychological Studies, then completed her internship at Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center and fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital. A licensed clinical psychologist, she specializes in helping children and families cope with medical problems, anxiety, grief and loss.

Dr. Cynthia Christy
Cynthia Christy, MD

“I love seeing children grow and develop, and take pride in watching them recover from their illnesses.”

Dr. Cynthia Christy earned her medical degree at the University of Vermont, completed her residency and chief residency at University of Kentucky’s Albert Chandler Medical Center, and spent an additional fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Christy is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases.

Dr. Larry Denk
Larry Denk, MD

“I enjoy all the age groups of the patients I see. I love explaining things to parents, and when children tell me how they are doing in school.”

Dr. Larry Denk is medical director of Rochester General Pediatric Associates. He received his medical degree from Howard University and completed a pediatric residency at the University of Rochester, where he is an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Denk has special interests in child safety and prevention, infectious diseases, and adolescent medicine.

Dr. Lynn Garfunkel
Lynn Garfunkel, MD

“I have loved learning from and being with children for as long as I can remember.”

As Dr. Lynn Garfunkel was choosing a career path, the same question was always present: “How will I get to work with children?” Once she decided to pursue medicine, her choice of specialties was obvious. Board certified in pediatrics, she earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, completed her internship, residency and chief residency at the University of Cincinnati, Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and completed an additional fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at the University of Rochester, where she is an associate professor.

Dr. Paul Lehoullier
Paul Lehoullier, MD

"I always found it amazing how honest children are, and I find it rewarding when I'm able to make a child smile!"

Dr. Paul Lehoullier feels honored to have the opportunity to watch his patients grow, and to know there's a possibility that through his practice, he can have an impact on their health that will last a lifetime.

Board certified in pediatrics, and with previous experience working in emergency medicine, Dr. Lehoullier now focuses on primary care. He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Jessica Pate-Morrison earned her medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric internship and residency at Cohen Children’s Medical Center of the North Shore LIJ Health System. Dr. Pate-Morrison enjoys working with children and has special interests in preventative medicine and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Dr. Suzanne Mullin
Suzanne Mullin, MD

Dr. Mullin earned her medical degree at the State University of New York at Syracuse and completed her internship and residency at the University of Rochester. Board certified in pediatrics, she specializes in newborn health and breastfeeding.

Dr. Brunson was inspired by her pediatricians growing up, so when she realized her passion for medicine, her specialty was clear: Pediatrics for her love of children and the special opportunity to positively affect their lives by promoting healthy lifestyles early on in life. She received her medical degree from Temple University and completed her pediatric internship and residency at the University of Rochester. She has an interest in newborn health and feeding, and enjoys watching her patients grow into young adults.

Dr. David Siegel
David Siegel, MD

“It is especially gratifying to be a part of the lives of children and adolescents, facilitating their growth and development and being a resource for them and their families.”

Dr. David Siegel earned his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed his internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Rochester. Board certified in pediatrics, internal medicine, pediatric rheumatology and adolescent medicine, Dr. Siegel finds it both inspiring and fun to work in a pediatrics department that teaches and trains medical students and residents to be future doctors.

Dr. Heidi Smith
Heidi Smith, MD

“The interactions and relationships I have with my patients and their families are important to me.”

A former pediatric nurse, Dr. Heidi Smith became a pediatric physician to improve the health of children through preventive medicine. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Smith received her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, completed her internship and residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, and did additional fellowship training at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Dr. LeKeyah Wilson earned her medical degree, and completed both her pediatric residency and a subsequent fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Her interests include youth advocacy, high risk adolescents, and school based health.

Dr. Daniel Yawman

Daniel Yawman, MD

As a child, Dr. Daniel Yawman’s pediatrician was a big influence in his life – and ultimately became the reason he chose pediatrics as a career. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Yawman earned his medical degree at State University of New York at Buffalo, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Rochester.
