After Hours

Our Internal Medicine physicians rotate to provide after hours care services to our patients for urgent problems that are not able to wait until the next business day. The on-call physician on call can be reached by pager on evenings and weekends. For after hours care, call the office at (315) 483-3205.

Our Providers

Dr. Arif ChoudhuryArif Choudhury, MD

Dr. Arif Choudhury, a board certified Internist, joined the Wayne Medical Group in 2003. He began his practice at the Wolcott Medical Center and now practices full-time at Sodus Internal Medicine. In addition, he cares for residents at the Blossom View Nursing Home in Sodus.

He earned his Medical Degree at the Rangpur Medical College, in Bangladesh and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Queens General Hospital in New York, and at Easton Hospital in Pennsylvania. He received the prestigious "Jakob-Kinkov Resident-of-the-Year" award from Easton Hospital.

He is an avid soccer fan and was the skipper of his Medical College soccer team in Bangladesh. He lives in Newark with his wife, Luna, and son, Yafir.
