When function is limited, so is your quality of life.  Our compassionate, dedicated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) specialists evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide range of injuries and illnesses that affect how you move, from sore shoulders to stroke-related issues.

Our services

Electrodiagnosis (EMG/NCS)

Dr. Taddeo with a patientThis is a test that determines how well nerves and muscles are functioning. It is used mainly for diagnosing the cause of numbness, tingling, burning and/or weakness in the arms and legs, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, and radiculopathy (pinched nerve in neck or back). The test has two parts: a nerve conduction study (NCS) and electromyography (EMG). Results help determine the treatment needed for your condition. Our providers are board certified in this specialty.

Physical medicine & rehabilitation

Dr Lee testing woman's reflexesAlso called Physiatry (fiz-eye-a-tree), Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) is a branch of medicine focused on preventing, diagnosing and treating a variety of nerve, muscle and bone disorders that produce temporary or permanent impairment. PM&R is often called the “quality of life” profession because it provides comprehensive, integrated, head-to-toe care in helping patients function better – medically, socially, emotionally and professionally – after injury or disease.

Experience matters

Our highly skilled, board-certified physicians blend musculoskeletal and neurological care to provide a holistic, non-surgical approach to recovery - one that can explain even the most vague symptoms.

Our doctors work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and other medical professionals. This multidisciplinary approach provides you with comprehensive care to help maximize your function for better performance, strength and independence.

Our goal is to restore movement so you can restore your life.
