Looking for a jump start but a full fast program isn't the right choice for you?
OPTIFAST Lite could be what you are looking for. Participants in this 12-week program consume three OPTIFAST meal replacements a day plus a regular meal for a total of 1100 calories. Meal selections include lean protein, vegetables, fruit and low-fat dairy products. Our Registered Dieticians will work with you to choose foods to eat for your meal and help customize your plan.
OPTIFAST comes in many varieties and flavors. Chocolate, french vanilla and strawberry are offered in ready to drink containers for your convenience. You can also choose those same flavors in single serving packets which you can mix with water or other zero calorie drinks. Want something to chew for a change? OPTIFAST bars have 3 flavors to choose from: chocolate, peanut butter/chocolate or berry yogurt. If soup is what you'd like, we have both tomato and chicken.
Whether you have 10 pounds or more than 100, our groups can help. Our continuous program and supportive environment allows you to stay in OPTIFAST Lite as long as you'd like. Research shows that it takes a dedicated amount of time, which varies from person to person, to develop the skills needed to maintain the weight you have lost.
