Of course, you also need to have the latest diet and exercise information, which will help you make the important lifestyle changes necessary to "Live Well with Diabetes." Our top-quality education programs are taught by certified diabetes educators, and we are proud that our Diabetes Education Program is a four-time winner of the American Diabetes Association's Education Recognition Certificate, which awards our efforts to help patients manage their diabetes at home.
