He has clinical expertise in interpretation of MRI and CT examinations of the brain, spine, and neck. After finishing his residency in diagnostic radiology, Dr. Spitzer completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at the prestigious Northwestern University Hospital. He has been with Rochester Radiology Associates since 2004. Dr. Spitzer has contributed to a book chapter on spine pathology and participated in several scientific posters at national society meetings. He was voted ‘Attending Teacher of the Year’ in 2006 by the radiology residents and currently serves on the executive committee of the RGH Medical and Dental staff as an elected representative. Dr. Spitzer lives with his wife and two children.
