Throughout her undergraduate and medical education and training, Dr. Dabydeen researched a myriad of medical topics spanning the specialties of pathology, hematology-oncology, molecular biology, radiology and neuroradiology. Her research endeavors involved collaboration with a number of highly esteemed medical centers and universities including Stony Brook University, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Institut de la Santé et de la Recherche Medicale, National Cancer Institute, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. The outcome of her research has been multiple publications in radiology, biomedical, cancer and pharmacology journals. A recent transplant from Boston, Dr. Dabydeen completed her residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She continued her training there with a mini-fellowship in Breast Imaging and a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Her main clinical interests and expertise involve treating varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, and interventional oncology. Dr. Dabydeen now lives in Fairport with her husband and is eager to explore all that the Rochester area has to offer.
