MICA Net

MICA Net is a grant funded community outreach program sponsored by the New York State Office of Mental Health. MICA Net staff collaborates with community agencies to provide a full continuum of care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse who are not involved with a treatment provider.

MICA Net provides clinical and case management outreach in the community and coordinates treatment across multiple agencies/systems in Monroe County. Collaborative agencies include:

  • RGHS Behavioral Health Network
  • Main Quest Treatment Center
  • Monroe County Correctional Facility Chemical Dependency Program
  • Socio-Legal Services
  • Operation Friendship and East House Independent Living Program

Homeless MICA Care Management Services

Homeless MICA is a grant funded community outreach program sponsored by the New York State Office of Mental Health. This collaborative, which includes Rochester Mental Health Center, The University of Rochester and Monroe County Human and Health Services, provides assessment, linkage to treatment and permanent housing for adults who have a mental illness, are homeless, and not involved with a treatment provider.
