Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services

Rochester Mental Health Center programs and programs of Rochester General Hospital, located at Rochester Mental Health Center (490 East Ridge Road) and Genesee Mental Health Center (224 Alexander Street) comprise the Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services of the Behavioral Health Network.

 

Services are provided to adults aged 18 and older with (a) psychiatric diagnosis/es per the DSM IV-TR. Individuals may possess (an) addictions diagnosis/es as well, which is required for eligibility in certain programs. Co-enrollment is also an option with some programs.

 

Rehabilitation Services are multidisciplinary teams committed to providing quality care, focusing on individual needs and strengths while building skills needed to achieve goals in the work, education, living, and social domains.
