Rochester General Hospital’s bariatric center, Bariatric of Western New York,
has been designated as a Comprehensive Bariatric Center by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program, a joint initiative of the American College of Surgeons and the Americans Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
